Old-Timer’s Venison Meatloaf

What you need
1 1/2 pounds venison burger
3/4 cup dry oatmeal
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 egg
1 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

What you do
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together and mold into ungreased meatloaf pan.
Bake uncovered for about 60-75 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Remove from pan and serve.
