Grampa’s “Alpine Touch” Venison Roast

What you need
1 3-to 5-pound venison roast
Alpine Touch seasoning (Montana’s special spice)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

What you do
Season roast with Alpine Touch seasoning.
Place roast in roasting pan, pour soup over roast and cover.
Roast at 325 degrees for 2-2.5 hours or until meat is tender.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with butternut squash and mashed potatoes.
