Easy-peasy venison roast

What you need
1 venison roast about 3-5 pounds
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion (chopped)

What you do
Season roast with salt and pepper.
Place in roasting pan slightly larger than roast.
Sprinkle chopped onion over roast.
Pour soup over roast.
Cover roast and place in 325-degree oven for 2-2.5 hours or meat is tender.
