Dad's venison meatloaf

What you need
2 pounds ground venison
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt

What you do
Mix ingredients together and form into a loaf.
Spray bottom of roasting pan and add loaf.
Bake uncovered in 350-degree oven for about 1-1/2 hours. Midway through, cut loaf in half and cover with tinfoil.
