What you need
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 stick butter or oleo
1 can of beer (maybe more)
Salt and pepper
Pinch of mustard
What you do
Mix egg, beer, Bisquick, salt, pepper and mustard in a bowl.
Depending upon the amount of catfish fillets, you may have to adjust the amount of flour and beer.
Melt butter or oleo in a frying pan.
Coat fillets with mixture and fry until golden brown.
Serve with cabin potatoes and... more beer.
