Former Onalaska star Kaiser finishes 6th in state PGA Championship

WAUKESHA, WI - Jeffrey Kaiser, formerly of Onalaska, finished sixth in the annual Wisconsin PGA Professional Championship earlier this week.
Kaiser (pictured), a former standout at Onalaska High School and the University of Wisconsin, collected $1,250 for his efforts at The Legend at Merrill Hills in Waukesha.
Kaiser carded a 3-over par 219, 54-hole total with rounds of 73, 74 and 72. Kaiser, a PGA teaching professional, is manager of the TaylorMade Player Development Center in Madison.
Joe Leonard, head pro at The Oaks Golf Course in Cottage Grove, was crowned champion with 72-70-71-213 and collected $4,325.
